Draw a line to both outer corners, always following the edge of your natural lip line and then fill in your lips with lipstick within the contours of the liner.
Carefully increase both upper and lower lip with a curving line under your lip. Then fill in your mouth with lipstick until the added line. If you want extra staying power you should cover the contours with powder afterwards.
Too broad mouth
In this case you should cover the corners of your mouth with a natural skin coloured foundation. You should not extend the liner until the corners of your mouth, but instead you should minimise the shape optically with your liner and fill in your lips with lipstick until the added line.
Too small mouth
In this case you should cover the corners of your mouth with a natural skin coloured foundation. Then you should build out the sides of the upper and lower lips and extend the corners of your mouth with your liner and fill in your lips with lipstick until the added line.
If you want to have a smiley mouth: Draw a line that builds up the corners of your mouth and fill in your lips with lipstick until the added line. Before you do that, use a natural skin coloured foundation to cover the corners of your eyes.
More sensual lips
If you want sensual lips you should choose a shiney or silky lipstick, instead of a strong and/ or matt colour that makes your lips look even more thinner. Gloss-lipsticks are very suitable for this purpose. If you also want some more volume you add a little gloss or brighter lipstick just in the middle of your lips.
Wrinkles around your mouth
If you have wrinkles around your mouth you can draw a fixed contour by using a liner.
If you draw a thin line besides your lip shapes it emphasizes the liner and gives more fullness to your lips. If you have a fixed skin you can also colour your lips without using a liner and if possible, you can add some lipgloss in addition to your lipstick.
- Add some lipgloss to another, equally coloured lipstick. In that way your lips get a special sexy glow.
- If you want your colour to look brighter you can cover your lips with a cream before making up.
