Serge Normant - New York
Serge Normant is without a doubt one of the leading well-known international hairstylists. Harper's Bazaar, W, Allure, and Vogue regularly book Normant for stying their cover models and beauty stories. He has worked with some of the most respected photographers in the industry, including Richard Avedon, Michael Thompson, Patrick Demarchelier, Steven Meisel, Herb Ritts, Craig McDean, Irving Penn, James Moore, Gilles Benismon, Annie Lebovitz, Matthew Rolston, and Satoshi Saikusa.
Serge began his successful career in Paris at the Bruno Pittini salon. Afterwards he moved to New York to work freelance. He has worked with a wide range of advertising clients, including Chanel, Estee Lauder, Clairol, L'Oreal, Revlon, Neutrogena, Lancome, Pantene, Ralph Lauren, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Celine and Yves Saint Laurent. He manages hairstyling teams for fashion shows for designers such as Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Christian Lacroix, Joop!, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera and Donna Karan.
Other famous clients, such as Julia Roberts, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hilary Swank, Isabella Rossellini, Kate Hudson, Heather Locklear and Elizabeth Hurley, frequently visit him.

He became internationally famous as he cut off Sharon Stone's hair. Afterwards many hairdressers tried to copy his haircut.
Serge, who is currently working for John Frieda in New York's 797 Madison Avenue (2nd floor) stated in an interview: "Styling mistakes can also work out positive, I need space for my creativity. I am lucky to style women, who actually do not need my help at all."

 In New York Sally Hershberger's Meatpacking-district Hair Salon is hard to find and has no sign (photo right). Her USD 600 haircut is just not enough - the famous Hair Stylist also designed her own Jeans collection "Shagg" and sells them exclusively in prominent designer boutiques for USD 1000.
The magazine "Glamour" called her the most wanted worldwide female Hair Stylist. She is also the consulting Sexecutive Style Director for the John Frieda Professional Haircare Division of Kao Brands company for which she co-founded a products line "Sheer blonde."
Her list of celebrity clientele includes: Michelle Pfeiffer, Tom Cruise, Meg Ryan, Steven Spielberg, Natasha Richardson, Liam Neeson, Sandra Bullock, Winona Ryder, Hillary Clinton, Neve Campbell, Courtney Love, Mia Farrow, Gina Gershon, Heather Graham, Faith Hill, Renée Zellweger, Julia Roberts, Cindy Crawford, Jane Fonda, David Kelly, Jon Bon Jovi, David Duchovny and Kate Moss. Ken Pavés - the celebrity specialist
After his education at the Vidal Sassoon Academy (Toni & Guy Institute) Ken has been working all over the world, amongst other things to style the models of well-known fashion shows like Versace and Valentino.
Ken was born in Clinton Township (Michigan) and is responsable for the hairstyles of top film people like Jessica and Ashlee Simpson, Céline Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Cattrall and Christina Applegate.
His series "Flawless by Pavés Professional" is a luxurious hair care line that contains high-quality ingredients. In his spare time he devotes himself to charity "operation smile", which helps to look after children with severe facial deformities.
Nick Chavez - Los Angeles
 The American with Mexican roots obviously located his salons in Beverly Hills - Los Angeles, nearby the rich and famous Americans.
Besides Hollywood stars also the famous Kennedy's niece and wife of "Terminator's" Arnold Schwarzenegger (recently Senator of California) Maria Shriver are frequent customers.
Moreover: The multimillionaire and goddess Ivana Trump and her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan (foto left).
Chavez became really popular by distributing his "Perfect Plus" hair care line through QVC-America. His products make up to USD 1.000.000 per hour!
Kevin Woon- New York
At the age of 17 Kevin left his hometown Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) for New York. He started out as a hairstyle assistant in several salons in China Town. In salon "Oribe" (5th Avenue) he became the number one hairdresser. In 1989 he started to assist Oribe at fashion shows in Milan, Paris and New York for Dolce & Gabbana, Alberta Ferretti, Versace, John Paul Gaultier, Valentino and Prada.
Thanks to his technical skills and his innovative ideas (e.g. the "StarWars" look) he cooperated with famous photographers and soon his extravagant stylings appeared on covers of Vogue, Flaunt, Dutch, British Marie Claire, Surface, Spanish Vogue and Detour.
He also styles lots of models for fashion shows: Bruce, Kitty Boots, Susan Ciancielo, Nanette Lepore, and Cake by Sara Kozlowski. Of course stars also make their appointments at Woon's: Claire Danes, Diana Ross, Marc Anthony, Julianna Marguiles and Lisa Marie are just a few examples of his long customer list.

Harry Josh - New York
 For more than ten years the Canadian Harry Josh had been a hairstylist and Casting Director for Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuittone at the same time. The starstylist commuted between Beverly Hills (salon of Chris McMilian) and New York City (salon of Serge Normant, see above-mentioned article).
Josh assisted in making advertising campaigns for several fashion designers such as Maybeline, Liz Claiborne and Bulgari. Obviously he also styles the hair of the superstars.

Anastasia Soare - the L.A. "Eyebrow Queen"
Anastasia emigrated from Rumania and founded the world most famous American Cosmetic Studio in the part of town where only the rich and famous live: Beverly Hills.
"Elite eyebrow shaping" and Makeup are her specialities. She is the definite eyebrow expert and has achieved "icon" status among Hollywood's elite. Of cours it is also possible to have your hair styled after your cosmetical treatment. She recently introduced her new cosmetic line called "Anastasia Beverly Hills."

 Another Star in America is Ric Pipino who is the owner of some successful Salons in New York and Miami. In his Salon he met his ex-wife Top Model Heidi Klum. They were married for four years and divorced in 2002.
He is styling his personal girlfriend Barbara Becker, ex-wife of tennis legende Boris Becker who is living in Miami.
